Dial Mixture Percentage System
Features:
Auto-Compensation:
the only pneumatic mixer
technology that maintains flow when you change gas mixture percentage. Also
maintains percentage when you change flow rate.
Separate Controls:
allow you to vary total volumetric flow and mixture percentage
of oxygen.
Oxygen Fail-Safe:
if the oxygen supply is interrupted or inadvertently cut off, the MDM will
immediately discontinue the flow of nitrous oxide.
Minimum Concentration of 30% Oxygen: the MDM will not provide oxygen concentration below 30%.
Automatic Air Intake Valve: if the contents of the breathing bag are depleted, the air intake valve automatically opens to provide room air to the patient.
Non-Rebreathing Circuit: a check valve in the mixed
gas outlet protects the patient from rebreathing exhaled gases.
20 LPM Oxygen Flush: an integrated oxygen flush button is conveniently located on the front of the MDM.
Auxiliary Oxygen Outlet: an outlet is provided for the attachment of the optional "3-in-1" Demand Valve Resuscitator.
D.I.S.S. Gas Connections: gas connections on the MDM conform to the industry standard diameter indexed safety system (D.I.S.S.)
Built In Pressure Regulators: prevent variation in mixture should either gas "supply" pressure fluctuate while the MDM is in use.
